I’ve invited us to consider our
proclamation this summer. How we speak, what we speak, the heart from which it
speaks. The trouble of salt water sometimes pouring from a fresh spring and a
heart made new for the sake of a new(salt-free) declaration. But God knows something about
proclamation. We declare things because we are made to be like the one who made
us. His declaration is not burdened with any double-speak or duplicity. His
pure heart has proclaimed and the result brings light and life, may our
proclamation bring the same!!
