Psalms 96-102 SING

July 2nd, Psalms 96-102

There is a powerfully consistent theme in these chapters this morning. It seems pointless to write about it, because the invitation isn't to write or read but to sing. So here's the song that came to my mind almost instantly this morning after reading these chapters.

"Oh Sing to the Lord a new song, sing to the Lord all the earth"

"The Lord reigns, let the earth rejoice, let the many coastlands be glad."

"Oh sing to the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things."

"Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth, break forth in joyous songs and sing praises."

"Let the sea roar, and all that fills it; the world and those who dwell in it."

"Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his holy mountain; for the Lord our God is holy."

"Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing."

"I will sing of steadfast love and justice; to you, O Lord, I will make my music. I will ponder the way that is blameless!"
